Motueka Fitness Company was created to provide industry leading training and nutrition services to support you in achieving your health and fitness goals.  I love helping people from all walks of life lose weight, feel great and take control of their health and fitness. 

We are based in Riwaka and run all of our classes and personal training sessions from our fully equipped private gym facility. This gym is not open to the public so you can work out in a safe, private, clean and fully functional gym.

Our services have been specifically designed to help you lose weight, improve your general fitness, gain energy, strength and improve your confidence. 

Over the years, we have created a supportive, motivating team culture that has seen our group classes and personal training services sell out time after time and our clients experience seriously life-changing results.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Open to both Men and Women and capped at 4 people per session.  This 8 week programme also includes body composition measurements, full gym membership, exclusive use of our online app loaded with gym or at home workout programmes and 2 x 1 hour PT sessions per week. This is for those that would like a cost-effective semi-private experience to really kick butt and reach their health and fitness goals. 

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

A limited number of 1 on 1 personal training spots are available for those who have serious goals to kick and prefer a customised, premium service to a group setting.

THE SHINE PROJECT

The Shine Project is our premium online program with course content delivered to you via my app.

The content is focused on mindset, inspiration, nutrition and training. There’s a mixture of resources including videos, pdfs and worksheets. These are delivered to the app on your phone daily so you can access them easily. You can link your devices to the app to track steps and monitor progress. 

The program is individualised to you and what you want to achieve. I provide you with tools for your nutrition and this can be tracked through the app. I also design a workout program specific to you. There are options for this as well. Either home based or a gym program or a combo of both. The program runs for 12 weeks so you get the most out of it.

There’s a weekly check in through the app to monitor progress and a bi-weekly vid chat if you require it with me to keep you on track and in the Zone!! I provide feedback and next steps for you every week. 

You also have 24/7 messenger access so you feel supported at all times. 

I really want my clients to be successful and believe that anyone can achieve their goals with the right support and tools to build a healthy mindset and body. That’s what The Shine Project is all about.

It’s a great way to have me (your personal coach) in your back pocket helping you achieve your goals.

My mission in life is to help Women and Men feel powerful and in control of their health and fitness journey. 

How do we achieve this? Through education, and discipline. Support and accountability and an un-wavering belief that change is possible.

Fitness is a mind game.. As a competitive bodybuilder I know first hand that you can achieve anything with self-belief, consistency, hard work and commitment. For me there is no greater joy then helping my clients to realise what they are truly capable of. Teaching and guiding them to their full potential through nutrition education, training and mindset work.

My Personal Training and small group training clients enjoy our fully equipped Gym in Riwaka, Motueka. Our space is private, safe, and clean, offering a boutique Gym experience for our valued clients.

Every personal training program starts with a full health consult and goal setting session to assess your current level of fitness so we can make a tailored plan to get you where you want to be. Everyone is different and has different goals they want to achieve, together we sit down and decide on the milestones, we create you a customised plan to follow and then together we get to work!

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Tailored Personal Training Programs to suit your individual goals. I work closely with a small group of 1 on 1 clients over an 8 - 12-week timeframe to help them move forward and achieve better levels of health, fitness, and vitality. 1 on . 1 coaching is on an application only basis. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

PREMIUM GROUP PROGRAM

This 8 week program is open to both Men and Women and capped up to 4 members per session. All of our classes are run from our fully equipped private gym meaning no gym fees, no public workouts, and a nice combination of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercise to optimise your results.

With a small group you are guaranteed all the benefits of Personal Training along with the support and encouragement of like minded people on the same mission. Training is focused on strength and form, toning, weight loss and gaining confidence within a gym environment. If you're more experienced in a Gym environment we can assist with correct form to lift safely and effectively, advise on reps and ranges for progression and help you kick your training up a couple of notches.

PROGRAM CONTENT

Our small group training programs give you all the benefits of Personal Training along with support and advice for a fraction of the price of a standard 1 on 1 Personal Training session. A cost effective way to smash those health and fitness goals out of the park. Included in the 8 week program:

  • Full Body composition measurements at start, mid and end point to track progress.
  •  2 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions with your group per week. 
  • Exclusive membership and access to our fully equipped boutique gym.
  • Access to our training app loaded with at home or Gym workouts
  • Unlimited support and advice.
