MEET STEPH AND JAMIE

Steph is a NZ bikini competitor, health & fitness coach and passionate advocate for healthy living.
With a diploma in health psychology, an extensive background in the natural health industry, 5 years as a fitness instructor and a proven track record of helping people loose weight and feel great, Steph is excited to share her expertise and help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Steph already runs a very successful online health and fitness program, where she helps women all across the country change their eating habits, lose weight, gain confidence and become the most fit, healthy and confident versions of themselves.
Steph has competed in the NZIFBB as a bikini athlete and knows what it takes to transform your body and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Steph is a big advocate for strength training and loves helping women become their best selves through exercise, training and nutrition.
Steph is excited to launch her group fitness program here in Motueka and is already working with a range of local clients 1 on 1. You can find out more about Steph by following her Facebook page or visiting her website.

Jamie has nearly a decade of hands on experience in the fitness industry.
Having managed and grown two large gyms in Wellington, Jamie knows what it takes to help people from all walks of life achieve better health and fitness. He is passionate about the industry and has helped numerous people set up fitness businesses of their own. During his time in the industry Jamie has done everything from personal training, to boxing and even held a regular spot on the Breakfast show doing the fitness segment.
Jamie's main skill set is in motivation and coaching, and has the unique ability to bring the best out in people and often pushes people further than they thought possible. He has helped numerous people make it to the body building stage and has a track record of helping males loose weight, gain muscle and get fit. He is a passionate boxer and is looking forward to running a regular boxing program here in Motueka.
Jamie knows what it takes to get people real results and is passionate about doing so! Join him for the boxing program or apply to have him train you 1 on 1 (Very limited spaces available).
