This 8 week ladies program is capped at 4-5 members per session. All of our classes are run from our new, fully equipped private gym meaning no gym fees, no public workouts, and a nice combination of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercise to optimise your results.
With a small group you are guaranteed all the benefits of Personal Training along with the support and encouragement of like minded people on the same mission.
Training is focused on strength and form, weight loss and gaining confidence within a gym environment. If you're more experienced in a Gym environment we can assist with correct form to lift safely and effectively, advise on reps and ranges for progression and help you kick your training up a couple of notches.
Join an existing group or grab some of your mates and train together. This program is ideal for those who have some serious health and fitness goals to smash!
