SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a great way to lose weight, tone up, increase your overall fitness and stay on track. The 1 on 1 attention will ensure proper exercise form and instill confidence both in and out of the gym. You will be challenged and experience progression through your health and fitness journey.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

This 8 week ladies program is capped at 4-5 members per session. All of our classes are run from our new, fully equipped private gym meaning no gym fees, no public workouts, and a nice combination of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular exercise to optimise your results.

With a small group you are guaranteed all the benefits of Personal Training along with the support and encouragement of like minded people on the same mission.

Training is focused on strength and form, weight loss and gaining confidence within a gym environment. If you're more experienced in a Gym environment we can assist with correct form to lift safely and effectively, advise on reps and ranges for progression and help you kick your training up a couple of notches.

Join an existing group or grab some of your mates and train together. This program is ideal for those who have some serious health and fitness goals to smash! 

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FOR REAL RESULTS

Our small group training programs give you all the benefits of Personal Training  for a fraction of the price of a 1 on 1 Personal Training session. A cost effective way to smash those health and fitness goals out of the park. Included in the 8 week program:

  • Full Body composition measurements and tracking through fitness app.

  •  2 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions with your group per week in our fully equipped private gym.

  • A key for exclusive access to our fully equipped boutique gym outside of group sessions

  • Access to our online training app, loaded with at home or Gym workout options. 

  • Unlimited support and advice.

  • Education on Nutrition, training and mindset.

Spaces are strictly limited and sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays 6am and 6pm. Tuesday and Thursday 9am and 6pm.
